Out of Office

Customers of Coastal Designer Rugs,

Obligations will pull us out of the office from November 25th through December 15th.

Coastal Designer Rugs is a family business, and we are its owners and employees.  What affects one member of the family tends to equally affect all of us.  Due to the logistics of connecting to our systems while still maintaining appropriate security for all transactions has necessitated our suspending operation while we are away from the office.

Our apologies for any inconvenience, we appreciate your understanding during this period.

 

Orders placed before November 25th:

These orders will be processed as normal and placed into production with their respective manufacturers upon approval.  Contact with Coastal Designer rugs will be suspended during the above dates, but the manufacturers will operate to their normal schedule in production and shipment of your requested goods. Delivery of these orders will NOT be delayed just because we are not in the office.

Orders placed after November 25th:

During this time, any orders that placed will be suspended until after the 15th, when normal operation will resume.

Orders placed after December 15th:

Business as usual as we return to the office, catch up with the accrued work-load and move forward from there.

 What you can expect during this period:

During this time, personnel at Coastal Designer Rugs will be unreachable by most any means.  No concern is necessary, as all orders are processed by our own hands, so nothing is created or shipped to you automatically.  The cart system will continue to be available for queuing of your orders upon our return.  Part of the queuing is authorization/capture of funds in connection with said order.
