Purpose:

Add clickable text next to an input item for accessibility and convenience. Operation will be similar to that of many system dialogue boxes. See example below.

Method of Operation:

A W3C.org compliant <label> tag is applied to the input item (either implicit or explicit, your choice). Added HTML will pass XHTML 1.0 validation.
