This is just a basic box. you could add this functionality to specific table cells and achieve a more graphically appealing look.
I had to use a 10px (wide) x 1px (tall) image to make sure that the links and mouse vents worked in this box for IE. This requirement is only necessary when using the IE png transparency fix for this Action
